City High and West High look to be a dominating force as the two schools will be competing as one Iowa City team this season. The two schools have always practiced and competed together but this is the first time that the schools will be able to pool their swimming talent. In their second year at the helm, coaches Phil Luebke and Matt Lorson hope to build on the foundation they laid last year, with most of the team returning and many promising rookies joining the team.
